POSITIONS

NYS PROJECT MONITER AND AIR TECHNICIAN

You shall possess a valid NYS asbestos project monitor and air sampling technician certificate and shall have such certificate or a copy thereof in his/her possession at all times while working on the project.

NJ ASBESTOS SERVICE TECHNICIANS

ASTs continuously monitor and inspect asbestos abatement work pursuant to the Asbestos Hazard Abatement Subcode (N.J.A.C. 5:23-8).

LEAD INSPECTORS

Must be EPA or state certified to perform lead testing, XRF lead testing, Dust wipes, Soil, and Water sampling

LEAD RISK ASSESSORS

Must be EPA or state certified to conduct lead risk assessments

MOLD ASSESSORS

Looking for professional who will perform mold assessment and will design and write remediation plans for mold abatement.

MOLD REMEDIATORS

Mold Remediation Contractor who performs mold remediation services or write/approve mold remediation work plans and have a mold remediation contractor license from an accredited training program.
